The final installment in this book picks up with Reed seeing Nami on the beach and trying to get to her once he realizes that she is being abused. I am so glad that Reed decides to stand his ground and fight for what he believes in and to let Nami know that no matter what he is not going to leave her he will be there for her. This book was definitely an emotional book it is not for the faint of heart there are some major issues that are being tackled one of those being domestic violence, mental, verbal and physical abuse, not to mention rape. That being said this story line is absolutely impeccable Reed and Nami have this amazing connection and the fact that Reed is so willing to put his life on the line for not just Nami but her entire family without even thinking twice because his love for her runs so incredibly deep, its quite refreshing and incredibly touching to see a male character written with such passion and caring.
This story line is very intense, it is full of action, drama, and it is very fast paced but M.S. Parker as always does such a great job of making the story flow and ensuring that we as readers are apart of the journey! If you have not downloaded this series yet or added it to your TBR list on Goodreads do it right away it was definitely worth it!
When I saw the bruises on Nami’s arms, I wanted to kill the man who’d put them there. Now that I realized just how far her marriage was from a fairy tale, I knew that something had to be done. But what?
When Reed Stirling discovers that the woman he loves is being abused by her brute of a husband, he knows he can’t just leave. He has to save her, no matter the cost. Even if it means paying with his freedom…or his life.
Princess Namisa Carrmoni has resigned herself to a future of pain and misery in exchange for the safety of her little sister, but when she sees Reed again, she can’t help but hope for a better ending.
Don’t miss the final installment of M.S. Parker’s sexy and intense Exotic Desires Series.
Living in Southern California, she enjoys sitting by the pool with her laptop writing on her next spicy romance.
Growing up all she wanted to be was a dancer, actor or author. So far only the latter has come true but M. S. Parker hasn’t retired her dancing shoes just yet. She is still waiting for the call for her to appear on Dancing With The Stars.
When M. S. isn’t writing, she can usually be found reading- oops, scratch that! She is always writing.
